About

A career switch that ended in a hawker centre.

Ivy spent 15 months on NEA’s Incubation Stall Programme — a subsidised pre-fitted stall for aspiring hawkers with no prior F&B management experience — and is now a full-fledged hawker at #02-16.

The bakes

French technique, local flavours, hawker prices.

Madeleines, financiers, canelés, scones, focaccia and tarts, baked in the morning behind the counter. The flavours are the ones we grew up with: orh nee, kaya, peanut mochi, hae bee hiam, Milo, pandan coconut.

Nothing here is priced like a café — most of the rack sits between $1.80 and $4.50, and we close when it’s empty.

We bake in small batches, so 10am till sold out is the closing time. Pre-order if there is something you need.
